Gathering around the pump, quite literally.
With project partners ranging from Luleå in the north to Lund in the south, with Sundsvall-Timrå in between, most meetings within the ISWIM project are held digitally.
However, in mid-September, it was time to meet in person in Lund, not least to visit the Värpinge Wetland test facility and the adjacent pilot plant for stormwater treatment.
There was plenty of close inspection of hoses, tanks, membranes, biofilters and other equipment on site, along with many questions and discussions among the experts.
Work is now continuing to put the final finishing touches to the pilot plant, while Lumire continues planning a wetland project. There is a great deal of knowledge and experience to be shared within the project.
It was fantastic to have the entire project team together on site!
